Life is all about choices and sometimes it isn't easy to make the best choices when it comes to fast food. You can go to McDonald's and order a Big Mac and a super-size fries, but did you know there are more nutritious options?? Create a menu from your fast food restaurant of choice that includes a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All meals must come from the same restaurant and include a brief explanation as to why they would be considered healthy (the explanation is the most important part so do your research- you can play Wii Bowling later!).

This meal would be best because the sandwhich has the least amount of calories, the coffe would help wake you up, and the hash browns are great when its cold.

Unsalted French Fries- 480 calories
Diet Coke- 0 Calories.
850 Calories.
This meal is good because the Whopper Jr is Flame-Broiled which is alot healthiy then baking it in oil and such. The unsalted fries still have salt, however its not as much, saving you from an early grave. Also, the diet coke barely contains any fat or such. The only thing, it makes up for the missing salt on the fries.

Dinner
Cheeseburger-340 calories.
Onion Rings(Value Size)-150Calories
Diet Coke- 0 Calories.
490 Calories.

This dinner is good for you because of the lack of calories. Also, the cheeseburger and onion rings will help fill you up, so your not hungry later.

In total these meals add up to 2,055 calories. About 55 over the average limit per day. Who knew burger king wasnt actually so bad?

I would choose this for lunch because it is healthy for you, and the chicken is grilled instead of deep fried. Also because the caffeine in the diet coke will help you stay awake for the rest of the day.

I would choose this dinner because who doesnt like a wopper with unsalted fries? It would taste just as good, but the portions are a little smaller. Also water is good for your body and keeps your hydrated.

1,687 Calories for all three meals. That't not bad at all for a fastfood place.

To start off the day for breakfast you could eat the Ham Omelet sandwhich which adds up to 290 calories. Also with a glass os Minute Maid orange juice, this would be 140 calories.- This would be a good meal to start off your day because you are getting your protein in the eggs, also some vitamin B1 in the ham. In the orange juice, you have vitamin C. Overall, this is the best you can get at burger king i believe!

Lunch you can enjoy the tendergrill garden salad. And as a beverage water would be the best option.You can also sneak in a little side order of small union rings that are 150 calories.- This gives you a nice variety of vegies in your day and some protein that comes along with the chicken. This salad is 490 calories which is a lot better the other tendercrisp garden salad that they serve, which is 670calories. Water is the best choice of any drink because it is 0 calories and it hydrates you very well.

Dinner you can have tendergrill chicken sandwhich. With a side of, medium unsalted frenchfries. and a diet coke. - This would be the best dinner because the tendergrill chicken sandwhich is only 490 calories which is so much better than the other chicken sandwhiches and burgers because it isn't fried, it's grilled. The sandwhich also has some tomatoes and lettuce on it which is good vegies again. Unsalted fries are okay, they are 480 calories. all day you didn't have much fried junk so a little bit isn't so bad.and lastly you have your diet coke which is 0 calories, this gives you the same fufilment as regular soda does, but without the calories!

This call adds up to 2,010 calories. this is just about the perfect amount of calorie intake you need in your day. Burger King isn't too bad after all! :)

These meals serve for a very nutricious day. The breakfast burrito and coffee, for example, had the least calories out of all the choices. Grilled chicken rather than fried chicken is very healthy along with a nutricious frut; apples. Water is always yuour best choice for beverages because it is the most pure, it has no calories, and is the number 1 nutrient in our bodies. Jr. Deluxe burger is also a decent choice. the meat provides protein and energy for your body. French fries are a tasty treat which shouldn't be eaten everyday, but won't harm your health either. [=

The Garden salad and iced tea would be best becuase the salad will fill you without filling you up on calories.The iced tea is unsweetened so it will not have as much sugar and fat.
