Autotrophs are a very important part of an ecosystem. Deforestation has been linked to global warming. Explain the connection between these two environmental problems. Do you feel humans can and/or should control global warming? Explain!

For the most part, I don't think humans can control global warming. They can do things to help slow it down, but it can't be stopped altogether. People are always going to need a home or furniture, and so forests will still be cut down to make these things. But if we plant something in place of what we cut own I think we can find a balance of some sort.

Cutting down trees leaves many animals without a home but also, gives many families an area to live. However, deforesation leads to global warming. People today have no control on how the world works and has no control on stopping dangerous things occuring. If we continue cutting down tress for unnecessary items will cause the world to increase on gobal warming. If people do not start preventing deforestaion and global warming, the world would take affect and be dangered.

Without autotrophs there could be global warming.Since there are no autotrophs there is no one taking in the carbon dioxide that has been linked to global warming. Yes i believe humans can control global warming for example they can car pool which would lessan the hurmful gases going into the air. Alao we can help prevent global warming by stopping deforestation and by planting more trees.
Humans play a huge role in global warming because if were cutting down trees were destroying the whole ecosystem. We need to find alternatives for every day things
Humans have a major role in Global warming, and the most important one is deforestation. When we cut down forests, we kill a lot of plants that use photosynthesis, which takes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and turns it into oxygen. I think that we can try to slow global warming, but it isn't the most important problem we have in the world right now. After all, earth had an ice age which later melted, which must taken a ton of heat to melt all the ice. Because of that i am not overly worried about global warming, but i still think we need to minimize the amount of trees that we cut down.

Deforestation is a contributor to global warming,and is often cited as one of the major causes of the enhanced greenhouse effect. Tropical deforestation is responsible for approximately 20% of world greenhouse gas emissions in which destroy the ozone layer. Humans are the fault of deforestation, for it occurs from the logging being done amongst forests. They should control globl warming by simply preserving energy to the best of their ability.
Deforestation is linked to global warming because plants absorb carbon dioxide. since carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas, it traps in heat. Without plants, more and more carbon dioxide stays in the atmosphere causing the earth to rise in temperature.I think that humans can and should control global warming. After all, humans are the main cause of it. With the advances in science today, we can plant more plants and make them grow larger and use them to take in some of the carbon dioxide which could possibly reverse the effects of global warming.

Deforestation is related to global warming becsause it releases greenhouse gases, and causes the climate to become warmer. Yes, Ido believe that humans can control global warming to some extent, because we can choose to help stop it, or not do anything at all. However we will never be able to have total control since it is a natural problem.

defostation is the main problem to global warming. it takes down trees which we need to live, because we rely on their oxygen, and they take carbon dioxide and change it into oxygen. taking down the trees is causing a problem. i do believe though, that humans are also a main cause of global warming for our use of fossil fuels, and driving cars.

Deforestation is a cause to global warming because it releases greenhouse gases, and the climate will become warmer. We can't fully control global warming. But us humans can do some to slow it down.
Forests will still be cut down, and we alsoo cant control what gets released into the air.
Global warming is caused by more of the Sun's heat that can get through our atmosphere. The trees in our forests clean the air. The air is getting more and more polluted every day because of the human specie. I think we have already done a lot of damage to our atmosphere and I don't think we can make it much better. a way to start is to stop putting these gases into the air by giant factories. Another way to help is to start planting trees and other plants to clean the air.

I don't think humans can control global warming, however they can help slow it down. For example, if we carpooled less gas would be released into the envoriment. Deforestation is a big part of global warming, trees and other plants are what cleans our air. With less of them, the air is more poluted and Global Warming increases.

Deforestation means there are less plants to absorb the carbon dioxide that animals create from cellular respiration. With more carbon dioxide the global warming problem becomes an even greater danger. I think we should control global warming by saving the forrest and being eco-friendly.
Humans can control global warming but i think that the people who do are canceled out by the people who don't. All we have to do is replant what we take away. We need stuff and we need to take stuff from things but we should give something in return for the stuff. Matthew Ferguson
In deforestation people are cutting down the trees that supply humans with oxygen. In global warming the earth is getting warmer and deforestation leads to global warming because of the imbalance of the earth. Humans definately effect global warming, and they can in good and bad ways but there is no way to control it. The earth is just to large and powerful to control, also there are other things that effect global warming.
humans can't control global warming because it just happens on its own. but; we can help it in alot of ways like not cutting down so many trees& stop driving big trucks that pollute alot.

Plants play a very important role in our ecosystem. But recently, humans have been cutting down trees which is called deforestation. Deforestation is a type of global warming. When humans cut down trees, this affects plants from producing photosynthesis. This inturn will prevent animals eating the plants for nutrients. Then as a result, the animals would die and humans wouldnt have anything to eat as well. I believe that although this problem of Deforestation is bad, people cant control it. Although the can do these types of things less often, it cant be stopped completely. With our increasing population, people are going to need homes and other items to survive.
Deforestation is primarily a big factor in global warming and people don't even know it. Usually when you say global warming you think of car gas into the air and other things like that causing this enviormental problem. When trees are cut down or burned, it releases carbon into the air, ultimately causing global warming. People can prevent this from happening so easily. Humans are the cause of cutting down trees and deforestation, it someone or a proud of people somehow put a stop to this it would help not only our enviorment but us people as well.

I personally think that humans can control global warming because by cutting trees, not recycling, using fossil fuels as gas (etc.) is all part of destroying our ecosystem. But we also manage to find alternatives to balance out.
all the sunlight was used up by the trees to make glucose. now that there arent enough trees to use the sunlight it is being trapped by the atmosphere.i do think humans can control global warming, if we plant more trees, they can use the sunlight and help reduce global warming.
When doing deforesation many times it inolves using machines that release chemical gases into the atmosphere. Once this happens it sestroys the o zone layer and this makes global warming. I think people can control global warming but we would have to make drastic measures. Many people aren't willing to do drastic measures untill it is totally neccessary but global warming is becoming a huge problem now and days. Not to long from now global warming and deforesation will be terrible unless we do something to help or prevent it.
Defrostation is the main problem to global warming. People are cutting down trees which means less oxygen for humans. Now, this is leading to globak warming. so, humans are a main role in causing global warming and if we dont stop it will make a huge impact
If we cut down more and more trees we will use them for fire and paper. this can lead to alot of smoke therefor global warming. Then the sun rays will melt the ice caps and will overflow the world.

I believe that humans can and should help to control global warming. We might not be able to totally control because some people will not want to help out, but we can definitely help. Many people are buying Hybrids and everyone is trying to do their part by recycling. I think that if more and more celebrities are caught doing it other people will want to do it too and that will help our planet.
The autotrophs make things like oxygen out of Co2 and with people cutting down the trees who make do that proccess, leave us with more Carbon Dioxide which is leading to global warming. This is because there are less plants to reduce this gas. I feel that humans should control it by not cutting down so many trees and by reducingl, reusing and recycling!
Global warming and deforestation are connected because deforestation adds to the lack of air. I think that people should do something about this. Deforestation and global warming are both problems that us humans are causing.
There are less autotrophs to recycle the carbon dioxide. After years of contributing to global warming it will take a long time to undo it but it can be slowed down by continuing with the recycling programs we have in place and finding or creating a material that can decompose easily and can be made without harming the environment.
The suggestion to plant more trees isn't that great because it will take years before the plants mature fully.
